The native climber Cissus antarctica has been reclassified as Apocissus antarctica, but is still mostly known by the older name. It's also known as kangaroo vine or native grape.
Another species that is well known in Australia is the non-native Cissus alata, formerly known as Cissus rhombifolia. This one remains in the Cissus genus, but the species name has changed. The cultivar 'Ellen Danica' is the most popular as is normally grown as a potted foliage plant.
